With the origins of the group dating back to the 1930's the ethos of the business remains to develop a secure, high quality property investment portfolio. From its inception as a residential developer and then as exponents of the out of town retail sector encompassing both food and non-food retail we have consistently developed and retain those created investments in our portfolio. Group interests extend from Hamilton in the North, to Christchurch in the South with over 500,000 sq ft of food retail, approaching 1.5 million sq ft of total retail, with all major multiples represented, including Tesco, Sainsbury's, DSG, Next, Argos, Focus, JJB, Homebase, Halfords and Comet.

With in-house planning, master planning, surveying and building capabilities as well as a strong financial base and the recent re-introduction of a residential division, Brookhouse Homes, the group has the expertise and ability to actively pursue wider mixed use and regeneration opportunities across all sectors.

We are constantly seeking to improve the portfolio by strategic acquisitions and intensive asset management, developing key partnerships with local authorities and operators and constantly looking to add value for the group and its partners.
