The Prescot Primary Care Resource Centre was constructed by Brookhouse for the NHS as part of a major regeneration scheme.

Planning permission has recently been granted for a Health Centre of circa 20,000 sq ft as part of the mixed use, Parsonage Way scheme in Leigh. The site is based on the former Parsonage Colliery. Brookhouse are actively seeking partners in this sector to bring this element of the scheme to fruition.
