The investment portfolio, which has a current book value in the region of £300m, has been built up by retaining properties developed by the group and by strategic acquisitions where we have been able to add value by actively managing and improving the holding by further development, improved tenant line-up or planning gain.

With a low gearing and substantial funds available, we are constantly looking for further opportunities to add to the existing portfolio.
