The Oldham Property Partnership Group of Companies (OPP) is a joint venture group owned by Brookhouse Group and Oldham Borough Council. OPP is a company with the aim of undertaking regeneration projects in and around Oldham.

Completed projects include the construction of Radclyffe Athletic Centre as a relocation facility to release a site for the development of a B&Q Warehouse and the development of Oldham Business Centre.

More recently OPP has developed a Tesco food store at Failsworth as part of a district centre and is now undertaking a further phase of construction including the provision of new units for local retailers, the refurbishment of Failsworth Town Hall, an Aldi food store and a food unit for KFC.
