Mere's Edge, Helsby, Cheshire.
This scheme involved the development of 28 acre brownfield site in Helsby. The result was a mixed use development comprising a Tesco foodstore, business units, residential development consisting of over 125 new homes and continuing plans to develop a community sports centre and a retirement village with complimentary family housing.
Parsonage Way, Leigh, Lancashire.
Brookhouse Group own Parsonage Way retail park and a large area of underused land that was the site of the former Parsonage Colliery in Leigh. A masterplan was prepared that incorporated a link road supporting a mixed use development including a business park, medical centre, foodstore, 150 new homes and a linear park for which planning permission has recently been granted.
Sewell Street, Prescot, Merseyside.
Following the successful regeneration of a large area of redundant industrial land to create an edge of centre retail park and new residential neighbourhood Brookhouse are seeking to improve connections to the town centre by bring forward a strategic site on Sewell Street for smaller scale retail and residential development.
