- Heather Cunningham
Heather Cunningham was appointed a non-executive Director of Brookhouse in 1999. She is also a partner in Harold Sharp, a Manchester based chartered accountancy practice.
She previously held a senior position with Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong, where she was responsible for internal audit and risk assessment across group companies worldwide. Formerly she was with accountancy firms Touche Ross and Arthur Andersen and she has over twenty years accountancy and taxation experience.

Andrew trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. He was appointed Group Finance Director in 2005 and has a wealth of experience in advising on property transactions.

- Mike Nuttall BSc MRICS
Mike joined Brookhouse in December 2004 with experience in both the public and private sector. Mike has worked for more than 20 years in property investment and development, formerly with the Atmore Group and Peel Holdings.
Currently, Mike specialises within the retail development sector with particular emphasis on Foodstore delivery throughout the United Kingdom as well as the asset management of the existing Brookhouse portfolio.

- Garry Bubb BA(hons)Arch Dip Arch RIBA
Garry has recently been appointed as the Masterplanning and Design Manager. He is a qualified architect with extensive experience in masterplanning mixed use projects including retail, leisure, employment and residential uses.
He has worked with Brookhouse for over 10 years acting as a consultant and been closely involved with the Groups major projects at Prescot, Helsby, Preston and Leigh.

Tim joined Brookhouse in May 2010, bringing with him over 30 years of commercial property experience. Tim has previously worked for developers Peel Holdings and Orbit Developments and for commercial surveyors Dunlop Heywood, Jones Lang LaSalle and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

John has over 25 years experience in the Development and Construction industries, with several years heading up the Commercial Department at Rowland Homes and the last three years working with a small mixed use developer on several projects including the redevelopment of Macclesfield Hospital.

Heath joined the company in April 2010 as Group Commercial Manager, he has worked on projects across various sectors and has over 15 years experience in the house building industry, predominately at Persimmon Homes, where he undertook the roles of Chief Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager and Technical Director.
