South Prescot - Completed development

Brookhouse Group own Queens retail park in Preston. The site is in a key location at southern approach to the city centre and forms an important part of an area referred to as Horrock's Quarter.

Following extensive consultations with the local authority a masterplan was prepared for the development of a foodstore, hotel and multi-storey car park that will support the comprehensive regeneration of the wider area for which planning permission has recently been granted.
