Mere's Edge Masterplan Review

Brookhouse Group commissioned a review of the masterplan proposals set out in the adopted development brief for the site in 2008. Working closely with Helsby community sports club and the local authority a new masterplan was prepared for the further regeneration of the area.

Planning permission has recently been granted for a mixed use scheme including a new sports centre, a retirement village and family housing.
