Parsonage Way, Leigh, Lancashire

Brookhouse Group own Parsonage Way retail park and a large area of underused land that was the site of the former Parsonage Colliery in Leigh.

Detailed discussions with the local community and other stakeholders have established the need for a link road that would help reduce congestion in the wider area and bring forward the site for much needed regeneration.

A masterplan was prepared that incorporated a link road supporting a mixed use development including a business park, medical centre, foodstore, 150 new homes and a linear park for which planning permission has recently been granted.
