South Prescot, Merseyside

The Brookhouse Group have been actively involved in the regeneration of the South Prescot action area following their acquisition of the former BICC cable works site in the late 1990's.

The first phase of development comprised the construction of a Primary Care Resource Centre and Cables Retail Park which features retailers such as Tesco, Next and Argos. The Tesco foodstore has recently been extended and an additional unit constructed for the Arcadia Group.
